Meet Team Lehman AZ! We are a full-service real estate team serving Metro Phoenix, Arizona with residential home buying and selling needs. Team Lehman AZ was formed in 2012 by Drew and Lacey Lehman. Drew began his real estate career in 2000 as an Associate Broker in Colorado before continuing his real estate career in Arizona in 2003, and Lacey obtained her license in Arizona in 2005. Both have had the opportunity to work in the residential resale capacity as well as new home sales for one of the largest homebuilders nationwide.
In 2012, Drew and Lacey joined forces, and Team Lehman AZ was established. They have consistently, year after year, been top producing agents, multi-million dollar producers, and known in the industry for their professionalism and customer service. Drew and Lacey have built a solid foundation for their team based on trust, communication, and an excellent client experience. Ira was raised and educated in North Dakota, where he became a Weatherman for CBS Television. It didn't take more than a few years of telling people it would be "cold and windy" every day for him to move on to sunnier skies...eventually. Ira's next move was East to New York City where he spent 17 years working with celebrities and entertainment executives (and spending way too much money on rent). It was only after his mom and dad started to spend their winters in Chandler that Ira discovered AZ, and like his Snowbird parents, he flew South:) Ira immediately fell in love with the area and the lifestyle, and with the support of another successful Realtor (who happens to be his big sister), he started his career in Arizona Real Estate. Joan keeps you informed of what is happening at all times.
Joan is an excellent agent that will work for you and will answer any and all questions about what is happening at all stages of the process of buying and/or selling. She sold our home for us in Mesa and also was my agent in buying a property in Prescott Valley. Without her knowledge and negotiation skills we would not have gotten the deal that we received on both the selling of our home in Mesa and buying our home in Prescott Valley. Excellent communicator and very up to date on the real estate market.
Robyn was very knowledgeable and up to date on the market in the area. She had a list of contractors that she uses to do repairs and renovations that was very helpful. She always kept me up to date on the showings and the feedback that came in after the showings. She would always give me her opinion on the offers that we got and respected my opinion on them. We always seemed to agree on which way to move forward through the whole process. She made sure everything took place as it should so that there were no delays in closing the sale. Expert guidance through a complex out of country sale
Selling my aunt and uncle's home at 3700 N. Monument Drive was not something we chose. Circumstances meant the house had to be listed, and it was already a very difficult time to be selling in Arizona. This was also not a typical property: an age restricted, lifestyle oriented community in Anthem (Florence) with a much narrower pool of qualified buyers. Having a veteran like Claudia Wilson referred to me made all the difference. I was acting as Power of Attorney from Vancouver, Canada, and I had only recently stepped into that role for my aunt and uncle. On top of an already complex situation, I was coordinating everything across a border, with no experience selling real estate in the United States, let alone in a community like this one. Claudia already knew exactly what needed to happen and in what order, and she made the process remarkably smooth. What earned my trust quickly was simple. She kept me informed, and she kept me on task. I always knew what was coming next and what was required of me, which is worth a great deal when you are thousands of kilometres away and handling someone else's affairs. In the end, Claudia did not just get us the outcome we were hoping for. She sold the home quickly in a genuinely depressed market. I am grateful for her expertise, her patience, and her professionalism, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone selling in the Anthem community, particularly anyone doing it from a distance or under a power of attorney.
