Drew began his real estate career in 2000 as an Associate Broker in Colorado before continuing his real estate career in Arizona in 2003, and Lacey obtained her license in Arizona in 2005. Both have had the opportunity to work in the residential resale capacity as well as new home sales for one of the largest homebuilders nationwide. In 2012, Drew and Lacey joined forces, and Team Lehman AZ was established. They have consistently, year after year, been top producing agents, multi-million dollar producers, and known in the industry for their professionalism and customer service. Drew and Lacey have built a solid foundation for their team based on trust, communication, and an excellent client experience. Ira was raised and educated in North Dakota, where he became a Weatherman for CBS Television. It didn't take more than a few years of telling people it would be "cold and windy" every day for him to move on to sunnier skies...eventually. Ira's next move was East to New York City where he spent 17 years working with celebrities and entertainment executives (and spending way too much money on rent). It was only after his mom and dad started to spend their winters in Chandler that Ira discovered AZ, and like his Snowbird parents, he flew South:) Ira immediately fell in love with the area and the lifestyle, and with the support of another successful Realtor (who happens to be his big sister), he started his career in Arizona Real Estate. He helped me with the photos and did me a favor but kept bugging me 24/7, very overwhelming

They would give little bits of things to do everyday instead of compiling it all at once. I have a full time career and school. They texted me late at night and expected a response. However they gave me a good return from the selling price and took care of the photos and tours. They also treated me like a child even though I am still in the same position of selling or buying like people double my age. Treat me like an adult.

Trusted Guidance Every Step of the Way

We had an amazing experience with Betty. She was exceptional , extremely professional, communicative, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We decided to sell our home in Senita, a subdivision in Maricopa during a market that was not particularly easy for sellers, but Betty guided us through every step and helped us understand exactly what needed to be done to successfully sell a home in those conditions. As expected, we experienced our share of ups and downs along the way. We dealt with no-show showings, neighboring homes selling below market value, and even had a buyer’s funding fall through. All of these challenges would have been much more stressful if we hadn’t had Betty there to guide us and keep us moving forward. Her knowledge, support, and dedication made all the difference. If you’re looking for someone who will represent you to the fullest, work incredibly hard, and someone you can genuinely trust, Betty should be your first and last call!

Their deep understanding of the Fountain of the Sun and surrounding area made selling my home a breeze. I was very impressed with their market knowledge, and extensive research they completed on pricing trends which they put together in an easy read binder which they went over with me. They also provide tips on how to prepare for showings. They are so professional, genuine, and truly care about their clients. Lacey's negotiation skills ensured I received the best deal.
