Zack is awesome! He was kind, helpful, answered all our home buying questions, showed up at every milestone with the home buying process, (walkthrough, inspection, closing) and is genuinely such a great guy to have helped us get into our home.
My experience with Zack was nothing less than phenomenal. Zack was so easy to work with, communicated well and really made me feel like he was as invested as I was in finding the right home for me and my daughter. In what is typically a stressful event, he made it so easy and fun having all the knowledge and experience to guide me through it all while simply being a great guy. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
Zack is a good friend of ours, but it was cool to see him step into the role as our Realtor as well. He walked us through each step of the process so that there was absolute certainty on the next steps and what we needed to do. He was able to negotiate for seller concessions to buy down the rate along with some great BINSR items. Zack was great. He was on time and always available for questions. He knew how to find the type of house that we were looking for and made sure that he prepare it as much as he could to show its good point. However he was always balanced and let us decide. He was patience in answering out questions and in showing us a large number of houses until we found the one that fit our needs. Buying a home is stressful but Zack made the process as smooth as possible.
