I have used Zach Wilson on 6 transactions! Our last one he helped us sell our town home and buy a new home. We literally asked him to find a new build, in mesa, with NO HOA. Sounds impossible, but Zach knew he had to find it for me, cause it would make my life easier if he helped me find my fiancé exactly what she wanted! He found the perfect one! But now I had to pack up all my stuff and finish fixing things in the house we were selling on a deadline. The stress got to me, and Zack was all nice and offered to help me move so it would get done faster, but like a crazy person I called him a C sucker. Truth is, I didn’t want him to think I was a hoarder so I turned on him. But, it’s not hoarding if all your stuff is cool! Anyways, he still saw everything through, and still fighting for us, despite me being so irritable. 3 years later. My roof in my new build started to leak! My fiancé was freaking tf out. I texted Zack after 9pm and asked if he knew if my roof had a warranty. He replied right back and said he would call the listing agent to see if he could get in touch with the builder to see if it had a warranty. Not even 10 minutes later he sent me the invoice and contact info and warranty info for the company that did the roof! This guy is a STUD! Despite me not being the easiest client to put up with, he still helped me out! 3 years later! This guys got a wife and twins on the way now, and he still helped me out after 9 pm on a Monday night. This dude is Top Tier!

Zack has been our realtor for a few years now and he’s always been great! We’ve done a few transactions with him and each one has been smooth.
