Cindy’s introduction involved a brief meeting at my house, with a complete market analysis. Next, she provided comparable listings, within my neighborhood area. My house needed multiple improvements, and Cindy handled them all with such diligence and professionalism. Once we began the upgrade process, there were additional renovations needed. Cindy never got frustrated with the extent of this lengthy repair process. Her communications were always articulate, and very timely. Unusual circumstances like ours meant we had some new territory to learn, and Geoff was up to the task. I had inherited a house from my ex that he hired Geoff to sell while he was gravely ill and passed away before the sale. Both of us had to negotiate closing the deal with last minute requirements in a small town with limited resources. You find out what people are made of in trying times and Geoff was so professional and dealt with people so I didnt have to and kept his cool while doing it. Impressive.
