When my AC went out shortly after moving in, he was incredibly helpful and quick to point me to reliable professionals. He has an amazing list of recommended contacts for anything you might need, which made settling in so much easier. Even now, he continues to keep an eye out for mortgage changes that could benefit me. Truly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about his clientt. I highly recommend him!

Andrea has helped us buy a house and then sell the same house 6 years later. I can go on and on about how great she is-friendly and warm personality, committed to helping the buyer/seller succeed, keeping the lines of communication open, and even vacuuming when it was needed. But this is much easier. -We need to sell this house. We are moving to Colorado. -I'm on it! She arranges fancy photos making my home look very clean, a drone recording and she makes cheesy signs. -Hang these up. -Do people really read these? -Yes, hang them up. We leave for Colorado, and Andrea takes over. -People aren't buying right now. Andrea sends postcards to neighborhood. -People still aren't buying! Andrea goes and knocks on doors of neighbors asking if anyone knows someone who might want to move to the area. -Houses still are not selling! What do we do?! With patience and support she suggest lower the price-people want a deal right now. After lots of research Andrea helps us find the right price. Boom! Sold 2 days later! This woman does not fool around. She's the real deal. Andrea is the name you hear when someone says, I have a great realtor for you to use. She listens and advises-never talking down or implying you don't know what going on. Truly I think our house would still be sitting there, if we had anyone else selling our house. Thanks to an amazing woman and realtor-if we ever move back, Andrea is the first person we'll call.

Sarinah was v knowledgeable in her neighborhood price and comps . She was extremely prompt with communication throughout the deal and also helped problem solve and troubleshoot minor issues that came about making sure the negotiations go smooth for both parties. The open house, scheduled tours and lead follow up really helped secure a contract within Two weeks of listing in a competitive market. She got us more than our expected $$ amount.
