Vivian is the best realtor myself and my wife have worked with. She is so very easy to speak to and explains everything with clarity. She will put on the “boxing gloves” to really work with the builders and lenders to make the deal possible. Vivian was very responsive throughout our transaction, and didn’t hesitate to contact the seller’s agent with any of our questions or concerns.
