I live in a different state then the property I was selling. Major repairs needed to be made. Julie was always there to see that the repairs were made and would let me know if something else, like getting a new front door would make a big difference. She made arrangements and sent pictures. She kept me encouraged when a potential buyer pulled out without a reason. Even during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays, she was available.
