Our go to realtor recently retired. We asked her to recommend someone. She suggested we contact Manon, an agent she was well acquainted with. From our initial interaction through the entire purchasing process and even after closing, Manon continued to impress us. She warrants high ratings in the areas of: professionalism, real estate knowledge, explanations of unfamiliar matters, communication, diligence in forwarding and processing purchase documentation, and in recommending quality people and organizations to facilitate the purchase process. Due to her efforts and others, we were able to close the purchase in 30 days. At the point of closing, Manon could have moved on. She did not. She went the unheard of extra mile to ensure we were comfortable in our new neighborhood. She organized and hosted a wine, cheese and chocolate open house at our address and walked the neighborhood handing our flyers and inviting guests. The event was very well attended and we met a number of neighbors. In conclusion, if you are looking for a realtor who will work diligently on your behalf, call Manon.
