Andrea has helped us buy a house and then sell the same house 6 years later. I can go on and on about how great she is-friendly and warm personality, committed to helping the buyer/seller succeed, keeping the lines of communication open, and even vacuuming when it was needed. But this is much easier. -We need to sell this house. We are moving to Colorado. -I'm on it! She arranges fancy photos making my home look very clean, a drone recording and she makes cheesy signs. -Hang these up. -Do people really read these? -Yes, hang them up. We leave for Colorado, and Andrea takes over. -People aren't buying right now. Andrea sends postcards to neighborhood. -People still aren't buying! Andrea goes and knocks on doors of neighbors asking if anyone knows someone who might want to move to the area. -Houses still are not selling! What do we do?! With patience and support she suggest lower the price-people want a deal right now. After lots of research Andrea helps us find the right price. Boom! Sold 2 days later! This woman does not fool around. She's the real deal. Andrea is the name you hear when someone says, I have a great realtor for you to use. She listens and advises-never talking down or implying you don't know what going on. Truly I think our house would still be sitting there, if we had anyone else selling our house. Thanks to an amazing woman and realtor-if we ever move back, Andrea is the first person we'll call.
