Andrea has fantastic negotiating skills, is creative, doesn’t get steam rolled by anyone, has exceptional knowledge of the ins and out of the buying and selling process and is extremely communicative.
Andrea is such a wonderful person to work with. She is so attentive, thorough, pays attention to detail and works with you to put you in the best position possible. Andrea has helped us buy a house and then sell the same house 6 years later. I can go on and on about how great she is-friendly and warm personality, committed to helping the buyer/seller succeed, keeping the lines of communication open, and even vacuuming when it was needed. But this is much easier. -We need to sell this house. We are moving to Colorado. -I'm on it! She arranges fancy photos making my home look very clean, a drone recording and she makes cheesy signs. -Hang these up. -Do people really read these? -Yes, hang them up. We leave for Colorado, and Andrea takes over. -People aren't buying right now. Andrea sends postcards to neighborhood. -People still aren't buying! Andrea goes and knocks on doors of neighbors asking if anyone knows someone who might want to move to the area. -Houses still are not selling! What do we do?! With patience and support she suggest lower the price-people want a deal right now. After lots of research Andrea helps us find the right price. Boom! Sold 2 days later! This woman does not fool around. She's the real deal. Andrea is the name you hear when someone says, I have a great realtor for you to use. She listens and advises-never talking down or implying you don't know what going on. Truly I think our house would still be sitting there, if we had anyone else selling our house. Thanks to an amazing woman and realtor-if we ever move back, Andrea is the first person we'll call.

You always hear about people going above and beyond. It’s a staple sentence when reading reviews. But Andrea is a Rock Star! She knows her stuff and isn’t afraid to throw down to make a house you fall in love with your home. She was ready to drive around forever, do tons of research, knock on doors and even put a call into the city about a code regulation. That is not above and beyond. That is a STELLAR realtor. I decided after working with Andrea, her title should be Cat Rustlin’ Rock Star. She managed to keep two people who are easily distracted ‘squirrel’-on task and focused. As we wandered through a home and admired a piece of art or the pet tortoise outside, Andrea continued to reign us in and keep us focused. Yet she he never talked down to us or implied what we wanted in a house was frivolous or silly. I will say, I’m glad she talked us out of the moat. After we found the house-Andrea took charge to make it happen. Seriously, this woman’s energy has no bounds. We were in awe of her organizational skills and passion she puts into her work. There are not enough words in the thesaurus under incredible, to describe Andrea’s customer service. And the best, once you’ve been a customer, you become a member of her posse. She’ll check in, make sure everything is going okay and continues to remind you why you worked with her in the first place. Don’t bother looking any further.
