Eric and I connected on LinkedIn early in my real estate career and touched base every now and then. I am a Realtor in Wisconsin and Minnesota. I would receive his emails periodically and got a feel for how he was as an agent based on what he shared, our brief conversations, etc. Fast forward to this summer and I had some family looking to buy their first home in the Greater Phoenix area. During the buyer consultation, she provided documents that laid out the whole home buying process and were great references. During the repair negotiations, she fought to get the bathroom counter resurfaced when they pushed back and saved me a bunch of money. She even negotiated it so the seller paid for my home warranty for the first year. I can't recommend her enough!
