Yolanda was just amazing overall. As I was no longer in the local area, I relied solely on Yolanda’s expertise and it proved exceptional. To get the house ready for sale, she was able to point me to well valued workers for whatever was needed, while able to point out things that could be put off to save money. Then, to get the house ready for the listing itself, she set up a beautiful staging that really complimented the property. This made the listing photos look great. We had some great interest in the property from the start and didn’t take long for the first offer to come through. Granted the offer was ultimately not accepted, Yolanda was not put off by this one bit and assured me that not accepting was the right decision and to expect better offers. Not surprisingly we received another offer that met our expectations and we were able to start the contract and negotiations. Yolanda was able to take what I was expecting to receive and negotiate additional items to ensured I stayed in range of what I wanted to achieve. Even when things were going in a very awkward way with communication to the buyers, at no fault of her own, Yolanda remained very reassuring and assisted me in determining what the next best step forwards were. Again, her communicating with me so proactively, with being in another state, made the experience so much less stressful. Finally we were able to negotiate repairs and re-engage for closing with the buyers. Even if the last offer fell through, I had no doubts Yolanda would have quickly gotten another offer for us to work with. She did everything from finding ways to save money, negotiate with the buyers agent, and just present the home in a beautiful fashion. We were so pleased with her professionalism and expertise that we will be utilizing her services for a second property we are about to sell. Highly recommend Yolanda’s services to everyone.
