Yolanda was just amazing overall. As I was no longer in the local area, I relied solely on Yolanda’s expertise and it proved exceptional. To get the house ready for sale, she was able to point me to well valued workers for whatever was needed, while able to point out things that could be put off to save money. Then, to get the house ready for the listing itself, she set up a beautiful staging that really complimented the property. This made the listing photos look great. We had some great interest in the property from the start and didn’t take long for the first offer to come through. Granted the offer was ultimately not accepted, Yolanda was not put off by this one bit and assured me that not accepting was the right decision and to expect better offers. Not surprisingly we received another offer that met our expectations and we were able to start the contract and negotiations. Yolanda was able to take what I was expecting to receive and negotiate additional items to ensured I stayed in range of what I wanted to achieve. Even when things were going in a very awkward way with communication to the buyers, at no fault of her own, Yolanda remained very reassuring and assisted me in determining what the next best step forwards were. Again, her communicating with me so proactively, with being in another state, made the experience so much less stressful. Finally we were able to negotiate repairs and re-engage for closing with the buyers. Even if the last offer fell through, I had no doubts Yolanda would have quickly gotten another offer for us to work with. She did everything from finding ways to save money, negotiate with the buyers agent, and just present the home in a beautiful fashion. We were so pleased with her professionalism and expertise that we will be utilizing her services for a second property we are about to sell. Highly recommend Yolanda’s services to everyone.

She would call, text or email back within minutes. Wonderful personality that made us feel confident in all she did for us, along with great negotiation skills. Knew what was needed for paperwork and never left us 'in the dark.' Feel very grateful we found her as our realtor. Because of her, we will use the company she works for when we sell our home in the Denver Metro area.

From the start, Yolanda was amazing. She was recommended to us through friends. From the beginning we knew we chose the right person for the job. She listened to what we wanted and what we didn’t want. She was patient with us and truly cared. My husband and I are first time home buyers and of course we had a lot of questions throughout the whole process of buying our first home. My dad is older and had me complete an internet search for him on realtors who I thought would provide excellent service. I came across two potentials in my search and Yolanda was one of the two. I gave my dad the contact information for both. He reached out to one of the realtors (not Yolanda) and received no callback but Yolanda got back to him promptly. With her expertise the home was sold at fair market value and quickly. Thank you Yolanda and team!!

Here's the deal. If you're moving across the country to a place you're new to it can be overwhelming. We've had to do that several times over the years. Our experience with Yolanda was exceptional! She is extremely knowledgeable about this market. She is tireless and went over and above our expectations in important ways. 1. Very detail oriented! Love that. There are a million things that can go wrong in a move like this. She never dropped the ball and nothing fell through the cracks. 2. Yolanda has a a seemingly unlimited list of professionals and tradesmen in her pocket. From insurance people to pool cleaners. You need it she can make great recommendations. All of them have been great. Which brings me to the next point. 3. Yolanda goes the extra mile. She personally met contractors, inspectors ... at our house and personally inspected the work. She even took a video of the home inspection! Who else does that? 4. She put up with us! Meaning she put up with two typical type A personalities who were generally stressed out. Million questions. You know the type. Bonus! Can't recommend more highly.
