Bryan and his people spent many hours preparing the house & property to insure it looked its best. I'm certain he worked harder than any other agent would have, hands down! Tracy handled the sale of our home and also the purchase of our new one. We purchased the new home before the sale of our other former home, Tracy negotiated an excellent price. She scheduled all the inspections and worked with the seller's agent constantly to make sure all the issues were resolved. Because we were doing a Bridge loan, she kept in close contact with the two loan companies involved. It was a very complicated process and she advised us and kept track of everything on a daily basis. In several cases she advised us of discounts that could be obtained that was very helpful. Tracy then handled the listing of our home and gave excellent advice that helped sell the house quickly. She was extremely proactive in getting buyers. She made many calls to her large group of contacts and did not sit and wait for the phone to ring, as some real estate agents do. She got a crew to thoroughly clean the house, had the carpets cleaned and did a very creative job of virtual staging, which saved a lot of money not having to actually stage it. It was a buyer's market. It went online on August 8th and by August 21, we had two offers. She handled all the inspections quickly and the paperwork was always up to date. She kept us posted each step of the way and quickly answered any questions the arose. She was able to negotiate an earlier closing than the buyers originally contracted for, which saved us a fair amount of money. When anything needed to be taken care of she has a long list of excellent contractors to fix things. She negotiated to use the same title company as we did for the purchase of our new home and got us a discount which once again saved us a considerable amount of money. Through the two property transactions, Tracy was very responsive to my many questions and calls. Both transactions were handled very professionally and efficiently. She is an exceptional real estate agent, a very hard worker for her clients and a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I feel that Tracy's interactions with us were above and beyond what we had expected. She even sent us listings while on vacation. She was consistently responsive in all communication with us. She quickly perceived what we were looking for, and found it amazingly quickly. We are thrilled with our new home. In addition to dealing with the paperwork and title matters, she even took it upon herself to take measurements of the staged furniture that we were interested in. She also gave us names of people to contact for a washer and dryer, window coverings, fire protection, rain gutters, pest control, and an audio-video technician, to mention a few, some of which included discounts. We felt she was always our advocate, always putting us first and anticipating our needs, even those we didn't know we had. Her professionalism, thoughtfulness, kindness, and competence were to the highest degree. We trust her and have relied on her knowledge and experience. In our opinion, she is the ultimate model of what a real estate agent should be. We feel extremely fortunate that she was recommended to us.

Once we made an offer, gave us information and scheduled inspections etc. The people that he recommended we hire for the inspections were great and very thorough.
