She kept us posted each step of the way and quickly answered any questions the arose. She was able to negotiate an earlier closing than the buyers originally contracted for, which saved us a fair amount of money. When anything needed to be taken care of she has a long list of excellent contractors to fix things. She negotiated to use the same title company as we did for the purchase of our new home and got us a discount which once again saved us a considerable amount of money. Through the two property transactions, Tracy was very responsive to my many questions and calls. Both transactions were handled very professionally and efficiently. She is an exceptional real estate agent, a very hard worker for her clients and a pleasure to work with.
