Dan Leonard, Broker and Co-Owner of Net Properties has lived in the Tucson area since 1993. Originally from Michigan, he relocated here in order to attend the University of Arizona-Go Wildcats! He graduated in 1996 with a degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Dan currently resides in North Tucson with his wife of over 25 years, Holly and their 2 sons Caleb and Lucas. Dan loves work and manages a successful portfolio of rental properties, including both long and short term vacation rentals. When he’s not working, he spends time with family or squeezes in a round of golf at one of Tucson’s beautiful golf courses. Dan Leonard, is an outstanding realtor!

We first met Dan in Nov. 2024. We found him to be delightful, responsive, and very knowledgeable. In summer of 2025, we got serious about looking for a house in the Tucson area. Dan was extremely helpful and understood what we were looking for, setting up regular email feeds with listings for us to review. When it came time for us to make an offer, Dan was totally committed to helping us understand the process, and making sure we knew what to expect and how to navigate the intricacies of Home buying. Our offer was submitted and accepted. Dan continued to guide us thru the process and negotiations with the sellers’ agent to make sure as many things as possible were addressed from what the inspection found. We are 100% satisfied with the service Dan gave us, and we’ve already recommended him to a couple of our friends who are thinking about relocating to the Tucson area. Dan is outstanding in the work he does & how he takes care of his clients!
