Holly sold our home in five days! Market doesn't seem so difficult when you have a great agent that sells your home in five days. Holly had professional photos taken and marketed our home across multiple platforms. She knows the market and set us up for success. We actually listed for a bit higher than our neighborhood has seen the last couple of years but we still got it sold quickly. Great communication. Kept us abreast of what was happening with inspections, escrow, and kept an open line with the buyer's agent. We never had a question Holly couldn't address. Dan is absolutely amazing. He will take time to walk you through the whole process and help you evaluate each decision along the way. I don't know how he does it by he makes it seem like you are his only customer; he is always available and gives you all the time you need to be comfortable at each step.
