We first met Dan in Nov. 2024. We found him to be delightful, responsive, and very knowledgeable. In summer of 2025, we got serious about looking for a house in the Tucson area. Dan was extremely helpful and understood what we were looking for, setting up regular email feeds with listings for us to review. When it came time for us to make an offer, Dan was totally committed to helping us understand the process, and making sure we knew what to expect and how to navigate the intricacies of Home buying. Our offer was submitted and accepted. Dan continued to guide us thru the process and negotiations with the sellers’ agent to make sure as many things as possible were addressed from what the inspection found. Dan is absolutely amazing. He will take time to walk you through the whole process and help you evaluate each decision along the way.
