She did an excellent job and made the experience as painless as possible, so of course we asked her to be our agent again when it came time for us to sell the house to move out of state. Our relationship with Rita did not end with the closing when we purchased the house. During our stay in Tucson Rita was available to answer questions and provide contractor referrals when we needed them. She has an extensive knowledge of the Tucson housing market as well as local businesses. She was very kind and always a professional. Our house had a latex roof that needed to be refinished and Rita took care of all of the arrangements with the contractor. She was not just a good agent, she was also a good friend. Thank you Rita!
