Although my house was in an area near the University and so the selling window was just the spring (not summer because no one buys house in Tucson in the summer and fall is too far away from the start of the school year) she persisted and continued checking up on the house, even though I moved away, and hosting open houses until I got and offer.

She was very patient with me as I figured out what I really wanted over the course of several months, showing me many different kinds of homes in and around Tucson.
