The Radfords were both very responsive to questions regarding the selling of my home. As a widow with no family in the area, I felt very confident in and trusted Michele's advice. Karin was eager to set up appointment s to view houses each day while we were on vacation around the Thanksgiving holiday. She knew what red flags to watch out for such as broken window seals, etc. She was there with us for the inspection process and helped come up with a list the top contractors to get second opinions. She was there for the signing at Escrow and there for the final walk through. She went above and beyond the day after the final walk through and showed up with her husbands nice big pick up truck to haul away some things left behind in the garage by the previous owners, such as a can of garbage, big cardboard, throw rugs, an old TV table cabinet, etc. She even pulled a few weeds while waiting for us to finish a call with the gas company using her phone. Karin is very generous with her time and makes sure all of our needs are met. She also offered to drive me to the airport after inspections since we haven’t moved to the area full time yet. We appreciate all that Karin does with her attention to detail. Her communication is timely whether it be emails, texts or phone calls. Dan and Holly from Net Properties were amazing to work with. As first time home-buyers in the Bay Area, we were nervous to navigate the process but working with Jennifer made it feel manageable. Within three weeks of starting our search, Jennifer found us a home that had the yard and workshop space we wanted and helped us draft an offer we were comfortable with to beat out several competing offers. I met Kacey at one of her open houses and immediately liked her. She has a refreshingly no-nonsense approach. Even though I know how busy she is, she never once made me feel like a burden. She responds quickly to texts and emails. I felt like we were giving her a near-impossible task: find a home two opposites actually loved, within our budget, on an express timeline. Yet, Kacey never seemed overwhelmed or concerned. She maintained complete confidence that we would not only find a home, but get one we would be genuinely excited about. Throughout the search, she never pressured us into submitting offers. Her main priority was always working within our comfort zone. And she was right! We found our house, she helped us craft a competitive offer, and we closed ahead of our initial deadline. I feel truly lucky to have worked with Kacey. It’s rare to find an agent who will guide you through a walk-in crawl space to explain potential foundation issues, and then turn right around to help you brainstorm a bathroom redesign.
