As first time home buyers, Yasmeen was amazing to work with. It can be scary when you start looking for your first house and the whole process can be overwhelming, but Yasmeen made it so easy and simple. She addressed any questions or concerns that me or my partner had in a way that made sense and she was always available for us to reach out to and responded quickly. She was there every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, including providing regular updates throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as first time home buyers. Even after closing, she made sure to let us know that we could continue to reach out to her anytime if we had questions. Yasmeen is absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend & I only started out wanting to learn about what all goes buying a home but weren’t sure if we were ready. She was so sweet & really made sure we knew the in’s & out’s, & didn’t push us into jumping into it yet. When we were finally ready she was so patient with us, & didn’t mind us asking for the millionth time “what does that mean again?” She was quick to reply when we’d text her a potential house to look at no matter what time it was. 7am she was there, 10pm she was there! After we finally found the one she has gone over & beyond for us to ensure that we’re confident in our purchase, that we’re not getting in over our heads, & that all our needs/wants were met. Even now that the buying process is over, we’re all moved in, she still is more than happy to answer any extra questions or concerns. She didn’t just “dump” us after all was said & done. Especially being first time home buyers it can feel like a lot & it’s scary but it’s so comforting to know that Yasmeen is still in our corner. We are forever grateful for everything!

Danny's business partner Dallas Howell helped us find and move into our AZ home. From the first call all the way to closing, Dallas had a service attitude and humble character. We made an exploratory trip from FL to AZ just to explore new housing. Dallas didn't know us from Adam, but he spent his day preparing and driving us around northern Tucson, looking at houses in Marana, Oro Valley, Catalina, and Saddlebrooke. In days following, we looked at housing in other AZ areas with different Realtors -- in Queen Creek, Prescott, Surprise, and Goodyear. Ann Marie did her homework by looking at comparable homes set a price that was reasonable and fair and she sold the house in less than a week. Prior to the house being put on the market she scheduled inspections and instructed me on what I needed to do. During the whole process Ann Marie made you feel very positive and went out of her way to insure that you knew everything that was going on. Ann Marie is a very kind and thoughtful person and I would recommend Ann Marie to anyone buying or selling a home.

Excellent service. They took so much of the burden of selling my house off my shoulders so I could concentrate on moving into my new house.
