When having a couple things needed to be fixed she was very good at making deals with people and the seller

When we finally narrowed down the neighborhood that we wanted to be in. He was great at sending us info on homes that included the parameters that we discussed like square footage, 3 car garage, larger lot, etc. He was great at remembering the details. Eugene has lots of experience in market knowledge since he has been an agent for many years. We followed his advice when we made an offer & the seller agreed to it.

Working with Devi has been one of the greatest blessings of our home buying and home selling journey. We met her at an open house for the home we ultimately purchased, and from the very first conversation it was clear she was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, and anything she didn’t know she found answers for immediately. She connected us with a phenomenal lending agent, coordinated every inspection (general, AC, termite, roof, and more), and guided us through each step with confidence and clarity. There were two other offers on the home we wanted, and I truly believe we wouldn’t have gotten it if she hadn’t been so brilliant with the wording and strategy of our offer. Her expertise made all the difference. After that, we hired her to sell our current home — and she went above and beyond in every possible way. She walked through the house with us, helped us decide what to remove, even helped pack, and staged the home beautifully using many of her own items. When offers came in, she explained everything clearly and supported us through a very challenging transaction. The buyers were extremely difficult to work with, but she advocated for us relentlessly, kept us updated, and never stopped protecting our best interests. She is simply the perfect agent — knowledgeable, proactive, compassionate, and truly invested in her clients. We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with her, and we wish everyone could have an agent like her.

We had an outstanding experience working with Holly and Dan Leonard. As a husband-and-wife team, they bring the perfect balance of professionalism, strategy, and personal care to the process. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the market, proactive at every step, and always quick to communicate. From pricing and preparation advice to marketing and negotiations, they handled everything seamlessly and made the entire listing process feel smooth and stress-free. We always felt like a priority, and their teamwork truly sets them apart—they are organized, responsive, and clearly trust each other’s expertise. We always felt like they were looking out for us, even after the sale had closed. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

David has keen grasp on the local Flagstaff market and was able to advise us every step of the way. David is responsive and helped advise us during several critical steps in the sale. He has a great network of home professionals who responded quickly and remediated some issues that showed during inspection. We found the advice he provided to be fair and consistent. He negotiated on our behalf with clear expectations.

Jesse helped us to navigate the sales process. He was knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. He listened to our concerns and helped us to get to the finish line.

I feel Tyler had excellent knowledge of the neighborhood and offered excellent suggestions for a quick sale. Always answered my calls or promptly returned them. Made selling the home a great experience! I would, and do recommend him to any potential buyer and seller!
