Just like for any first-time home buyer, purchasing your first home is an extremely stressful ordeal. Which part of town, how many bedrooms, energy efficiency?! All the options were stressing me out! Now enters Nick... He asks for few things i was looking for in a home and my budget.... And now nearly 2 months later, I've just closed and now about to move into the perfect home! Very easily one of the quickest and most pain-free closes I've ever heard of anyone having. Nick is a phenomenal real estate agent and i highly recommend him.
