After raising our 5 daughters all college graduates, I decided to pursue my Dream Job of helping people establish home ownership, with thoughtful consideration for their needs above all else.

Excellent experience with Devin McNelly
Devin was referred by a local Real-estate agent as someone who was knowledgeable in the area we wanted to sell our cabin. After meeting with her and her husband we were very comfortable signing with them because of their knowledge of the local market and persona. We are very happy we signed with them. They were knew the area, communicated appropriately, gave advice when asked, worked well with the buyers agent, and help deal with a difficult buyer. Art is a man of many solutions and resources at his fingertips. Excellent communication skills.
We couldn’t be more grateful for everything Art has done for our family. He first helped us purchase a home in Parks while we were living in Pennsylvania. When it was time for us to sell that home he orchestrated the sale like he was the conductor of a symphony. I have never seen a home sale with so many moving parts. It was a literal roller coaster ride. He kept everything moving forward, even when things looked impossible. He was there every step of the way and helped us find and purchase a home in Flagstaff. He really listens. He also asks the right questions so that he knows exactly what you’re looking for.His expertise and experience regarding the local real estate market is worth its weight in gold. Art went far beyond what we expected from a realtor. He helped us navigate contractors, coordinate logistics, answer countless questions, and made sure we had someone we could rely on every step of the way. He was always willing to help and incredibly knowledgeable. Art genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible for us. Buying and selling homes can be overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with health issues and everything that comes along with them, but having Art in our corner made such a difference.
