We were fortunate that he was the one that responded to our inquiry into the property. His level of honesty, his quick response to any of our requests, the willingness to go the extra mile for us. Our difficult Toddler really bonded well with him. He possess the patience that is not often seen by busy professionals and she could sense that. Both Rick and his wife were above what we expected and offered advise and were honest enough to tell use the good and the bad about the many houses we looked at.
