This was extremely beneficial at this time because we were in the middle of negotiations for a sale and a purchase at the same time. She made it easier for us because we didn't have to wade through the mountain of paperwork looking for answers.

Troy was a pleasure to work with on the sale of my home. He knew what needed to be done to get it sold and was there every step of the way after offer was accepted. As I was not on-site , Troy met with contractors and made sure necessary requests from buyer were completed and accepted. She was never too busy or distracted to take my calls or to promptly respond to emails and texts, and she advised me all through the home selling process--from insight prior to listing regarding what local buyers are looking for in a home like the one I sold, to whether and when to revise my listing price and why, and handled the offer, contract and closing steps with great care--as if it was her own home she was selling. And every time we had a prospective buyer, she followed up with the buyer or their agent to find out their thoughts about the property, what they liked or disliked about the property, and what I could do to improve my chances and speed to sell the propety.
