Well, you’ve made it this far so we might as well get to know one another better. I’ve lived in the White Mountains most of my life and have actually resided in many of the towns in Apache and Navajo Counties giving me true knowledge of the White Mountains and the many nuances including city governments for Show Low, Pinetop, Lakeside, St Johns, Snowflake, Taylor, Heber, Overgaard, Greer, Springerville, and Eagar as well as other factors that go with deciding on where you might want to make your home. I love the outdoors whether it’s hiking, watching wildlife, fishing, exploring, or taking pictures of wildlife and nature … it’s all heaven to me.
As a former real estate broker and having owned my own brokerage at one time I truly understand what each of my clients deserves in the way of service and quality communication. That’s why I only work with a limited number of buyers at any given time so I can devote quality time and attention to their endeavors. I moved away in 2006 to further my real estate technical experience and now my wife and I have returned to Show Low Arizona to offer these additional services to all. Having over 24 years in Real Estate I must say that marketing and negotiating are my strong suits so whether you’re selling or looking to buy real estate here in the White Mountains I assure you of my ability to make the complicated easy to understand and my attention to details a benefit to your contractual dealings. As a native of Arizona (born & raised), I grew up in the Rim Country of Arizona, vacationing with my family in and around Pinetop, AZ. It was at an early age I developed a love of the area; in fact, so much so, that I moved to the White Mountains of Arizona permanently after attending Arizona State University (ASU). My first few years up here, I lived in Pinetop & had fun working for the local radio stations & as a DJ. It was during this time, that I found how much I thrive on working with & helping people. So, over 17 years ago, I got my start in Vacation Rental Property Management & stayed there for about 12 years, and then moved over to Real Estate Sales full-time. Being a REALTOR® is the perfect fit for me. :) I am abIe to share this area of Northeastern Arizona that I have such affection for, while helping Clients find what they want & need in a home, as well as selling their current homes so they can continue to make new memories in a new home. As much as I enjoy being a REALTOR®, I am also a devoted wife, and a caring daughter, sister, granddaughter, Auntie, friend, & an avid animal lover (especially SQUIRRELS)...but most of all, my favorite job, is being a MOM. :) I am also a Fur-Mom of dogs, horses, some Ranch cows, chickens, and an occasional Barn Cat. LOL :) I also love dancing, watching music reality shows, and laughing with my little girl as much as I can each & every day. :) I am also a wonderful listener, and am waiting to hear from you...

Bald Guy Rocks
Troy did a great job for us. We bought a second home through him. We had a list of requirements and he came through with a condo that met every one of our needs. He is patient as we came up from Tucson, but he met us each time at the right time. We never waited for him. He guided us through the closing. And, when we took possession, we noted several missing items that should have been left. He went to bat for us and we received compensation for those missing items. I would use Troy again in a heartbeat. You should too.

Troy is willing to go the extra mile to help his clients.
We used Troy Brown a couple years ago for a land purchase. He arranged for a contractor to meet with us onsite to answer questions and help with building layout and cost estimating. He made us feel comfortable about the decisions and questions we were making/asking. We ended up backing out of the land deal, but we kept Troy's number, knowing we still wanted to buy something in the Show Low/White Mountain area. We recently reached out to Troy again and were getting discouraged with the listings. He assured us he would help find us find what we wanted if we were patient and he was totally right!! We finally found a place that we were very interested in and had a lengthy list of questions about the house and property since we weren't really familiar with the area. I never felt for a second that he was irritated by all the questions or that he was pushing us to buy or make a rushed decision just to make a sale. He wanted us to be comfortable with our decision. Troy is willing to go the extra mile to help his clients. At the last-minute Troy rearranged his schedule and spent several hours meeting with the chimney sweep, the plumber, and the tree service folks at the house when we couldn't be on-site to meet them. This gave us peace of mind and helped make such a big decision a little bit easier. We highly recommend Troy Brown and his team if you are going to buy or sell a home or land in the White Mountain area. Troy is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
