We used Troy Brown a couple years ago for a land purchase. He arranged for a contractor to meet with us onsite to answer questions and help with building layout and cost estimating. He made us feel comfortable about the decisions and questions we were making/asking. We ended up backing out of the land deal, but we kept Troy's number, knowing we still wanted to buy something in the Show Low/White Mountain area. We recently reached out to Troy again and were getting discouraged with the listings. He assured us he would help find us find what we wanted if we were patient and he was totally right!!
