The sale of this property is the third house (buy/sell)our family has used The Bald Guy. This house was very complex. Troy and Team worked with me with issues with a special needs boy, a partner becoming incapacitated with a brain injury and my needing to vacate the property. The communication and professionalism was extraordinary. Many times he came to my rescue and went above and beyond in finding documents needed to complete our transactions. He always consulted me and made me feel my input was important. He presents himself as a kind, gentle person who truly cares that your sale and/or buy is a positive experience. Lusia acted in a very professional and knowledgeable manner throughout the entire selling process. The property that we sold was operating as a Short Term Rental Property during the listing time. Lusia was also the property manager for the STR which worked out very well to have her as the Listing Agent for the sale and the Property Manager for the rental as she knew exactly how to manage the viewing of the property between rentals. I would highly recommend her as both a STR Property Manager and a Selling Agent.
