Lusy was very helpful to us when we asked questions. If she didn't know the answer, she always looked it up, contacted the sales agent, etc. That was very helpful as we were both selling and buying at the same time, and the mounds of paperwork (on the computer) were sometimes difficult to wade through for the information we needed.
