Troy did a great job for us. We bought a second home through him. We had a list of requirements and he came through with a condo that met every one of our needs. He is patient as we came up from Tucson, but he met us each time at the right time. We never waited for him. He guided us through the closing. And, when we took possession, we noted several missing items that should have been left. He went to bat for us and we received compensation for those missing items.
