Brian has been such a pleasure to work with on what had been the very complicated and often frustrating sale of my home and property. There were legal issues that had to be surmounted, land usage issues, and a wide assortment of difficulties. Not only did he manage to navigate the murky waters, but he continually had to reassure me that "all would be well"! Brian has been a great agent, and a good friend .
