Brian has been such a pleasure to work with on what had been the very complicated and often frustrating sale of my home and property. There were legal issues that had to be surmounted, land usage issues, and a wide assortment of difficulties. Not only did he manage to navigate the murky waters, but he continually had to reassure me that "all would be well"! Brian has been a great agent, and a good friend . I would surely recommend him to anyone with a home to buy or sell!

Brian has excellent local knowledge. In a fairly tight market he was able to show me houses that were in my price range and which would all have been suitable. When the house I eventually purchased went on the market, he was available at a couple of hours notice to show it to me. He walked me through the whole purchase process, answered all my questions, and was absolutely the best realtor I've dealt with by far. I'd recommend him to my friends, or anyone buying or selling in the Payson area.
