Troy did a great job for us. We bought a second home through him. We had a list of requirements and he came through with a condo that met every one of our needs. He is patient as we came up from Tucson, but he met us each time at the right time. We never waited for him. He guided us through the closing. And, when we took possession, we noted several missing items that should have been left. He went to bat for us and we received compensation for those missing items. I would use Troy again in a heartbeat. You should too.

We used Troy Brown a couple years ago for a land purchase. He arranged for a contractor to meet with us onsite to answer questions and help with building layout and cost estimating. He made us feel comfortable about the decisions and questions we were making/asking. This gave us peace of mind and helped make such a big decision a little bit easier. Troy is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
