Troy did a great job for us. We bought a second home through him. We had a list of requirements and he came through with a condo that met every one of our needs. He is patient as we came up from Tucson, but he met us each time at the right time. We never waited for him. He guided us through the closing. And, when we took possession, we noted several missing items that should have been left. He went to bat for us and we received compensation for those missing items. I would use Troy again in a heartbeat. You should too.
We used Troy Brown a couple years ago for a land purchase. He arranged for a contractor to meet with us onsite to answer questions and help with building layout and cost estimating. He made us feel comfortable about the decisions and questions we were making/asking. We ended up backing out of the land deal, but we kept Troy's number, knowing we still wanted to buy something in the Show Low/White Mountain area. We recently reached out to Troy again and were getting discouraged with the listings. He assured us he would help find us find what we wanted if we were patient and he was totally right!! We finally found a place that we were very interested in and had a lengthy list of questions about the house and property since we weren't really familiar with the area. I never felt for a second that he was irritated by all the questions or that he was pushing us to buy or make a rushed decision just to make a sale. He wanted us to be comfortable with our decision. Troy is willing to go the extra mile to help his clients. At the last-minute Troy rearranged his schedule and spent several hours meeting with the chimney sweep, the plumber, and the tree service folks at the house when we couldn't be on-site to meet them. This gave us peace of mind and helped make such a big decision a little bit easier. We highly recommend Troy Brown and his team if you are going to buy or sell a home or land in the White Mountain area. Troy is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
