He has helped us look at a home we are wanting to sell, and gives advice on even minor things that will help get the home sold quicker and for a desirable price point. And he has the resources to help get those things done if necessary. When you are buying, he develops a strategy to make sure you get what you want. Most importantly, he works diligently to listen, and to gain trust, whether you are the buyer or seller. The better he knows you, the better he can help you. He’s a closer. Lusy was very helpful to us when we asked questions. If she didn't know the answer, she always looked it up, contacted the sales agent, etc. That was very helpful as we were both selling and buying at the same time, and the mounds of paperwork (on the computer) were sometimes difficult to wade through for the information we needed.
