And he has the resources to help get those things done if necessary. When you are buying, he develops a strategy to make sure you get what you want. Lusy was very helpful to us when we asked questions. If she didn't know the answer, she always looked it up, contacted the sales agent, etc. That was very helpful as we were both selling and buying at the same time, and the mounds of paperwork (on the computer) were sometimes difficult to wade through for the information we needed.

I appreciate that Lusy always kept us informed and answered questions in a timely manner. This was extremely beneficial at this time because we were in the middle of negotiations for a sale and a purchase at the same time.
