She caught mistakes other realtors made before they became a bigger issues. She can’t make people buy what they either don’t want or can’t afford. It was a process on everyone. She worked thru every issue and than handed it off to me. It was a very difficult sell between the landlord scaring people off and the market conditions. I’m sure everyone learned something. Dusty deserves about a million rating "stars" for her work on the home in Flagstaff. I don't know that any other agent would have kept working to make this sale happen with all of the issues with the home and the co-owner that were encountered. She patiently showed the home many, many times and kept refocusing the marketing strategy to encourage buyers from different markets. She contacted investors and was always responsive to questions and returned calls right away. She kept pushing to find a contact with the mortgage company who would not communicate with her. She tried to help the co-owner as much as possible despite them being uncommunicative with her. When we switched the sale to a "short sale", she handled the duplicative requests for information with grace and she even contacted a creditor directly to handle an unexpected lien on the home. Dusty kept in contact with the mortgage company, the title company, me, the co-owner (and even their family) to make the sale finally happen. Her resilience and tenacity are amazing! This is my third transaction working with Dusty and she has made each of the transactions successful despite the unexpected twists and turns that were encountered. She also made me feel as if my transaction was the most important one that she was doing! Dusty is one in a million realtor.
