She tried to help the co-owner as much as possible despite them being uncommunicative with her. When we switched the sale to a "short sale", she handled the duplicative requests for information with grace and she even contacted a creditor directly to handle an unexpected lien on the home. Dusty kept in contact with the mortgage company, the title company, me, the co-owner (and even their family) to make the sale finally happen. Her resilience and tenacity are amazing! This is my third transaction working with Dusty and she has made each of the transactions successful despite the unexpected twists and turns that were encountered.
