Kelli was absolutely amazing! She went so far above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced with a realtor. She checked on our property every couple of days, if not every day and took care of so many little things that weren’t even her responsibility. She cleaned toilets, swept leaves, cleaned floors, helped stage and just made sure everything was taken care of. It really showed how much she cared about us and our property. We’ve never had a realtor put in that kind of effort, and we truly appreciate everything she did. This deal never would have happened if it weren’t for her. Royal helped us sell our home after 8 months on a tough market. He's clearly an expert in the Sunbird community, seems to know everyone there, and is well-loved by the neighbors — that connection helped throughout the process.
