Kim was the second realtor I worked with to try to sell my home. The first one spent 4 months doing all the normal realtor things. We did not receive one legitimate offer. It was not for lack of trying. He said it was just a tough time to sell. I prayed a lot about it and told him I need to try something different. He said no problem and we cancelled our contract. I knew right away it was Kim I was going to work with next. She recently helped my daughter buy a house and sell a house. They had nothing but good things to say about Kim. I met Kim at my house and asked her if she thought she could sell the house? She said "yes, I can sell this house. I've never met a house I couldn't sell". I really liked her positive attitude and confidence from the start. She kept ending her texts to me with the same line, "see you at the closing table". It wasn't an easy process, we also had no luck the first several weeks as far as offers but, there were plenty of viewings. Kim communicated daily with me, providing updates on viewings, feedback, numbers, plans, and strategies. I could just tell she was not only good at what she does but, she really enjoyed it. Most importantly, I could tell she truly cared about helping me. There were a few times I was ready to give up and give in to one of those cash buyers who give you way less than the home is worth to take it off your hands when you get desperate. She told me not to give up on her, she would not let this house beat her and ruin her record. She has another great phrase "everything I touch turns to sold!". She started getting creative with some techniques and tried some other ways. We continued to get viewings but no offers. She continued to try some things and lowered the price a little. Finally, we received a fair offer and closed quickly and smoothly. I did see Kim at the closing table! I'd use her again for any home purchase or sale and recommend her to all my friends and family.

Chris and Dale father and son were an amazing team to work with. They each have their expertise and so it is getting two great supports in one. They are extremely responsive and work on your time. I always felt they were fighting for us. We had them looking at many different properties with us. I don’t know any realtors that will do that. Usually others have just told us to go look. Terry and I cannot thank you two enough for everything you did to help us get our home.

She got all the big things right (marketing, positioning, negotiating), and yet manages all the small details that in the end can make a big difference in the results. She also is plugged in to the community and has a trustworthy network of professionals to support the process with home repairs, landscaping, inspections, whatever you may need. That made all the things that happen along the way in a transaction easy for us to navigate with confidence and trust. As remote sellers, it was critically important to leverage her market knowledge and network as she was always available to manage locally for us and her energy and communications bridged the distance. She puts service of the customer and quality as her top priority and we couldn't be more appreciative of her approach and results. One thing that sets her apart is that she is an empathetic people-focused person who wants to help. She happens to also be an excellent real estate professional. She genuinely got to know us and our situation as we were selling the home of our aging parents, and very thoughtfully managed all aspects of the process with care and thoughtfulness. She made what could have been a complex and difficult process easy, calm, and successful.
