Patti Wells is a great realtor with plenty of experience under her belt. My husband and I had Patti list my parent's house at a time when houses weren't selling. It was not a seller's market at that time. She however did her job and had the house under contract and sold within a month! Before listing it, she did a complete market analysis. She had everything broken down and presented to us in a detailed report. I've worked in real estate offices for over fifteen years as an administrative assistant to realtors, and I've never seen such professionalism shown before! Patti is not only a professional, she is patient, kind and listens to what you're wanting to gain by the sale of your house. I was blown away by how awesome her staging skills are! She staged the house beautifully to enhance the qualities that makes the house so special! I highly recommend Patti Wells as the Realtor to take care of all your real estate needs! We bought and sell our house with help from Helen. Helen knowledge the area, and the market very well. She also gives us advice when is the best time to put the house on the market. There’s so many GREAT things to say about Karen I’m not sure where to start! First, she’s ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I LOVE giving other women their flowers and she DEFINITELY deserves them! She is so personable, relatable, reliable, professional, intelligent and caring When we bought our first home with her, we were out of state and nervous but Karen put our minds at ease as she smoothly guided us to cities within budget and took her time to usher us to numerous homes until we found the one we loved at that time. She then continued to take the initiative throughout the buying process and looked after us like we were her own kids! She stayed ON TOP of the home builder for us and insured that they corrected EVERY detail, as if it were her own home! That really blew us away! She also helped me transition to living here, as I had no family or friends living here, by inviting me to many community functions that she regularly participates in to help others. I LOVED spending time with her and getting to know more about her. She also helped my parents when they were considering moving here. She took her time to show them many homes throughout the valley and they love her just as much as we do! We have since sold that home and moved away but we still maintained our friendly relationship via social media. Now, with our new home purchase, everything went even MORE easily because we live in state again now. Karen helped us navigate the new protocols of home buying and she’s so extremely educated about the real estate market it’s wonderfully impressive! She’s also VERY well connected, we asked about property in Europe and Canada and she has people she can contact when we’re ready! I hope I’ve conveyed just how AMAZING Karen is, I’m sure I’ve left something out because she does so much to guide and help. She truly has a loving, caring spirit and it radiates from her! I DEFINITELY recommend you reach out to her for ALL of your realty needs. You WILL NOT regret it!
