Transparent and Knowledgeable, Keeping your Interests at heart.
Kyle was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the market, and always made us feel like our best interests came first. He patiently helped us look at around 25 different homes and never once made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. When we finally found the right house, he was an excellent negotiator and helped us feel confident about the offer and the terms we agreed to. What really stood out was his communication. Kyle was always keeping us updated, explaining what was happening and what came next, and following up quickly whenever something needed our attention. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone as patient, responsive, and knowledgeable as Kyle made the entire experience much easier. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Stacy worked hard to sell our property.
Stacy did a good job getting our property sold. She knew what she was doing. It just didn't bring the value we thought it would, but she did a good job of getting it sold. Lots of work for her and we answered the questions and jobs she had for us that we could. The market seemed softer because there were a lot of houses on the market.

Good communicator
Tracy showcased professionalism, courtesy and excellent communication throughout the home buying process. She understood our needs and what we were looking for in an ideal house. I could go to her with any questions, call her anytime and receive great answers. She was a great advocate throughout. We did not feel pressured to buy or make any rash decisions along the way.

Kyle is the best at listening to your wants and finding you a home you will really be happy with
Kyle is super responsive and proactive. He takes into account what you want and will find you a home that meets those wants. He is great at communicating with others and being able to negotiate a good deal for his buyers. He is fair but firm in his communication and we cant say enough good things about our experience working with him!

Best agent I worked with!
Kyle did an amazing job as my real estate agent. He was extremely thorough, walked me through every step of the process, and was always responsive and punctual. He kept things in perspective and made what can be a stressful experience fun and exciting. His communication and market knowledge was also outstanding. What impressed me most is that Kyle never overpromised—he simply delivered and consistently exceeded the commitments he made. I have worked with three real estate agents in the past, including some with more than 25 years of experience, and Kyle provided the best experience by far. I would recommend him without hesitation to any of my friends or family. If I ever buy or sell another home in the future, Kyle will be my first call.
