Great communicator and super efficient

Debrah was amazing. She worked with with me while I was living in Cabo. Immediately went and did a walk through with a video call and I bought it. She was willing to do everything necessary to accommodate my needs and answered my calls and text in a timely manner. She was super gracious, kind and patient. She had everything wrapped up in a few days. Closed within 3 weeks and that was pending my own sale. Love my place and couldn't be happier. I consider her a friend.
