Royal helped us sell our home after 8 months on a tough market. He's clearly an expert in the Sunbird community, seems to know everyone there, and is well-loved by the neighbors — that connection helped throughout the process. He gave solid advice on price reductions and handling roof/repair issues that came up. He was also great with my elderly mother, always patient and skilled at explaining things clearly to her. Robyn was very knowledgeable and up to date on the market in the area. She had a list of contractors that she uses to do repairs and renovations that was very helpful. Braden was always available for all my questions and follow up questions explaining how things worked to me and putting my mind at ease when things got stressful. He consistently responded to my messages the same day or immediately the next morning. He was extremely knowledgeable about homes in the area, competitive pricing, and what would fit my needs.
