Fantastic and friendly service sums it up! We had a short window in which we needed to purchase a home in the Phoenix area. David - in very short order - listened to a few parameters we had and some want lists, set up a search that updated daily and, in the course of a week, we were able to line up around 20 showings. He had these mapped out so we were able to fly in, view the properties very efficiently and submit an offer in 24 hours time. He's very friendly, pays attention to things you are looking for even if you may not realize it's a want, and is very professional. he's not pushy at all - very helpful and allows you to drive the process the way you want, which was incredible. We went from finding out we needed to buy a house to closing on a great property in 35 days and couldn't have had a better experience!
