I wish I could give Vanessa 300 stars. This was our very first experience buying a home, and she made every part of it absolutely amazing. She was thoughtful, patient, and never pushy—she truly listened to what we were looking for and guided us toward making informed, educated decisions that felt right for us. Her communication was incredible; she was always available, answered every question, and explained each step of the process with so much care. Vanessa’s knowledge of real estate and investing is unmatched, and to top it off, she surprised us with the CUTEST and most thoughtful gift when we closed on our home—something we will always treasure. Brent was recommended to us when my dad passed away & we needed to sell his house. I told Brent “Get rid of it; I don’t want to own this place come summer”. 25 days later, Dad’s house was sold & the money was in our bank account. When we decided to downsize upon retirement, we called Brent again. Different situation; much bigger house, in a family neighborhood, with a large yard & a pool, etc. When we had a question about whether or not to make a repair or change to our house, often we disagreed and decided to let Brent’s opinion rule. Great call - no matter whose “side” he agreed with he was ALWAYS right. Brent is extremely knowledgeable of current market conditions, a few changes that we needed to make before listing, and exactly how & when to list for maximum sales results. We had many showings in the first few days and accepted an offer after only 4 days after listing. When our buyers began to get a little overly demanding, he tactfully managed the situation. In a business sector than can be fraught with shady dealers, Brent exemplifies everything that realtors should put into practice in both their professional and personal relationships. We would highly recommend Brent for all your real estate needs.
