About Reveille

Reveille (Rev) has lived nearly all of her life in the southeast valley. Her passions include travel, beach volleyball, hiking, woodworking, the thrill of facilitating & negotiating a win/win deal, and just about anything social. Rev enjoys being involved in the community and finding unique new spots to try out. If you’re looking for new restaurants to try in the southeast valley she’s the one to ask! Rev first obtained her real estate license in 2004 after 12 years in the semiconductor and defense contracting industries, then earned her broker’s license in 2011. Her real estate journey has given her expertise in residential sales for all types of clients - from first time home buyers to experienced investors. Along with her business partner Jodi, Rev has traveled to Canada several times and held educational seminars for buyers looking to enjoy the sunny and warm Arizona winters. As a proven leader in the real estate community, she’s consulted for other brokerages to help establish systems and compliance processes. She’s also gained experience in short term rentals, as well as design and construction. She places a high value on continuous learning, and holds several real estate designations including CRS, ABR, GRI, e-PRO, RSPS, AHWD, & PSA. Rev’s lifelong friend Jodi started working with Rev in the real estate industry in 2006. Although it wasn’t part of the plan at the time, that was the real beginning of Arizona Focus Realty, which Rev & Jodi formed in 2011. Rev has a genuine passion for others, as evidenced by the many clients who have turned into longtime friends.

About Jodi

Jodi is an Arizona native and was born and raised in the Southeast Valley. She has witnessed extensive growth and so many changes in the whole Phoenix area. Her favorite things about Arizona are the vibrant turquoise blue skies, the sunsets, and the unique smell of the seldom rainy days. She is married and the mom of two. Most of her family and friends live in the same area so she feels lucky that she gets to see them all the time. Jodi loves to travel and will jump at the chance to take a girl’s trip or go on an adventure with her family. Jodi received a degree in finance from ASU and an Executive MBA from Binghamton University. Her work experience includes handling accounting for over $90 million in inventory at a Fortune 500 company and being the Controller and Human Resource Officer of a local manufacturing company. She left the corporate world in 2006 and became a Realtor, working with her childhood best friend, Reveille. In 2011, their partnership became official when Jodi and Reveille decided to be broker/owners and opened Arizona Focus Realty. She enjoys working with people, whether they be first time home buyers, seasoned sellers, or investors. She has extensive knowledge of the vacation rental industry and has managed short and mid-term rentals. She often works with foreign buyers and sellers and has traveled to Canada to present home buying seminars and is practiced with the rules of FIRPTA (Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act) that apply to foreign transactions. She strives to continue to learn best practices and has obtained the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, as well as the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification. Jodi loves being a Realtor because the housing industry is dynamic and it makes every transaction is unique.

Wow! Amazing Expertise!

I cannot say enough about Rev and Jodi. We were looking to buy a home from a distance in a market we knew nothing about and Rev and Jodi were amazing! Their knowledge of the phoenix area, the market, and more were beyond helpful. They made us aware of things to look out for that we would never have considered such as expansive soil and scorpions. They have a strong network of people to support as well from pool maintenance, to roofers, to mortgage brokers and more. Rev and Jodi are more than Realtors.... they are caring and knowledgeable and want the best for their clients. I trustbthem implicitly and could not recommend them more!

Above and Beyond: Reveille and Jodi are the Best in Gilbert, AZ.

Wonderful Home Buying Experience!!!

For a process that seems very daunting and overwhelming, Reveille and Jodi helped us be very informed and prepared to purchase our home. They talked us through what was happening and helped as we completed the inspections and dealing with the seller and their agent. We got our home and they helped limit any speed bumps along the way! Would definitely recommend Reveille and Jodi!!!

Very happy

I received good advice on how to prepare the house for sale, which resulted in a quick sale in a soft market. The house was staged so as sto show off it's maximum potential. Good connections for sourcing the work to be done by suppliers with reasonable pricing. Continued service after the sale to further with other matters related to the sale even though this was not their responsibility, to make sure I was looked after. Very, very professional.
