I did not know Tara or any realtors in the area. I did a pretty extensive review of everyone out there who specialized in my area of the valley and Tara's name kept floating to the top. For good reason. She went from first meeting to listing with incredible speed and efficiency, listed fast, showed responsibly and delivered full price offers (3 of them) in a few days. Here is where experience matters...Tara helped us sort through the offers and work with the buyers to refine the offers via counters to get some of the specifics we wanted in the transaction. Tara seemed to have a sixth sense to understand what we needed and sculpt the transaction to meet everyone's needs. We had a great house and she got it to a great buyer. Two other things that really stand out - 1. We had to appraise and Tara had a great capacity to translate our improvements to the buyer to help facilitate that. We confidently sailed through that process. 2. She has a rolodex of great vendors and craftspeople who delivered some key improvement tasks before and after the transaction. Once we mentioned her as our realtor, the appointments flowed easily. Again, reputation matters. Wish we had another house to sell but thanks to Tara, we will be staying put for a while.

Throughout the entire process Sandra was thorough and efficient! Initially, Sandra did research and selected properties that fit my interests. Once we met in person, I felt as though I had known her for years. She was honest and responsive to my questions and concerns and always replied promptly to my messages. Purchasing a home from across the country was a bit of a daunting experience but Sandra was there from day one, guiding me and handling any issues even before I knew they existed. Her years of experience and friendly demeanor made my purchase as smooth and seamless as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend her as your first choice agent but will definitely seek to work with her again!
