She went to the properies and video messaged me with commentary which helped me feel as if I were there with her and we decided on 1 and within 2 weeks closed on the 1st house she went to. Betsy was extremely knowledgeable about the available homes in the area in which we were searching. She also knew about the over 55+ communities, potential fees associated with them, and the many HOAs in the area. We’ve purchased several homes over the years and Betsy was right on top of things before we found our home, after we made an offer, throughout additional negotiations, warranty transfers, right on to and through closing. What a delight! No wondering about the status of current progress. If we thought of something and asked, she had already taken steps to handle it or get it resolved.
